Federal Continuity Directives (FCD) 1 and 2 are 68 page and 41 page documents passed on January 17, 2017 and June 13, 2017.

FCD 1 was passed 3 days before Donald J. Trump became president. 

They are Federal Executive Branch National Continuity programs and requirements for the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security (HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agency. (FEMA).

Their purpose?

They coordinate HS through FEMA to coordinate the implementation, execution and assessment of continuity activities among depts and agencies. 

In FCD 1, what are the names of ANNEX I and J?
